In the past two days, some schools in Hangzhou have been releasing back-to-school information letters, many of which mention health monitoring in the week before the start of the school year –
One week before returning to school, daily temperature measurement and observation of clinical symptoms related to novel coronavirus infection will be carried out and recorded. If symptoms such as fever and dry cough, weakness and sore throat occur, antigen or nucleic acid testing should be conducted promptly and the Health Declaration Form should be filled out truthfully. If the test result is positive, delay the return to school. All students are required to wear a good mask before entering the campus.
Some schools have informed that on the first day of school, all personnel will undergo an antigen test according to epidemic prevention requirements.
For example, some kindergartens require parents to fill out a “Last Seven Days Health Monitoring Form” one week prior to the start of school.
Some schools also mention that an antigen or nucleic acid test will be done one day before the start of school; if symptoms such as fever, dry cough, weakness, sore throat, etc. occur, antigen or nucleic acid test should be done in time, fill out the “Health Abnormalities Completion Form” truthfully and report it to the school, and delay the return to school if the test result is positive.
