On September 22, Huadu District found a positive nucleic acid test for a person who came to Guangzhou from outside the province during routine health monitoring of personnel in custody in a centralized isolation site. The District New Guan Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Command immediately activated the emergency response, implemented regional control, flow investigation and tracing, isolation and transfer, nucleic acid screening, place disinfection and other work, and now informs the relevant situation as follows.

The case, female, 19 years old, arrived at Guangzhou Baiyun Airport on September 21 on flight CZ688W from a foreign province, as the foreign province informed the flight that a passenger had an abnormal nucleic acid (the result was reviewed by Huadu District and was negative), and was transferred to a centralized isolation site for health surveillance after landing. The case September 19, 20 nucleic acid test results negative, September 22 early morning reported positive nucleic acid test, has been transferred to the Guangzhou Medical University affiliated city eight hospital isolation treatment, diagnosed as a confirmed case of new crown pneumonia.
