According to the Shanxi Health Commission, from 0 to 24 hours on October 7, there were 30 new confirmed cases of indigenous new crown pneumonia in Shanxi Province (1 case in Xiaodian District, Taiyuan City, 1 case in Xinghualing District, Taiyuan City, 2 cases in Wanbailin District, Taiyuan City, 2 cases in Jinyuan District, Datong City, 1 case in Pingcheng District, 1 case in Ying County, Shuozhou City, 7 cases in Qixian County, Jinzhong City, where asymptomatic infections were turned into confirmed cases, 10 new cases in Qixian County, 2 cases in Yanhu District, Yuncheng City, 2 cases in (1 case in Richeng County, Yuncheng City, 1 case in Hongdong County, Linfen City, and 1 case in Lin County, Lvliang City). Cumulatively, 406 confirmed cases were reported, 325 cases were cured and discharged, 81 cases were treated in isolation (5 cases in Xiaodian District, Taiyuan City, 1 case in Yingze District, Taiyuan City, 1 case in Henghualing District, Taiyuan City, 10 cases in Jiancaodi District, Taiyuan City, 6 cases in Wanbai District, Taiyuan City, 12 cases in Jinyuan District, Datong City, 2 cases in Pingcheng District, 2 cases in Yunzhou District, Datong City, 1 case in Shuocheng District, Shuozhou City, 1 case in Yingxian County, Jinzhong City, 20 cases in Qixian County, Jinzhong City, and 1 case in Qixian County.
