Update on the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak in Sichuan Province

October 10, 0-24 hours, the latest situation of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic in the province is as follows.
19 new cases of infected persons returned to Sichuan from outside the province, including 17 cases of closed-loop transport (8 confirmed cases and 9 asymptomatic infected persons); 2 cases of non-closed-loop management (1 confirmed case in Luzhou; 1 asymptomatic infected person in Ya’an).
There were 169 new infections in the province, including 2 confirmed cases (1 in Luzhou and 1 in Deyang) and 167 asymptomatic infections (1 in Chengdu, 157 in Luzhou, 4 in Nanchong, 3 in Deyang, 1 in Guangyuan and 1 in Yibin).
There were 5 new cases of imported infections (in Chengdu), all of which were asymptomatic.
There were 9 cases of previous asymptomatic infected patients who became confirmed cases, 2 cases imported from abroad (in Chengdu); 3 cases returned to Sichuan from other provinces (all in closed-loop transfer); and 4 cases in the province (2 cases in Deyang and 2 cases in Yibin).
There were 66 new cured cases, no new suspected cases and no new fatal cases.
