Henan added local “8 + 8” yesterday

From 0 to 24 hours on October 13, there were 8 new local confirmed cases in the province (7 cases in Zhengzhou City, of which 4 cases were found by screening of key populations and 3 cases by isolation control; 1 case in Pingdingshan City, an asymptomatic infected person to a confirmed case) and 8 new local asymptomatic infected persons (1 case in Xinyang City and 1 case in people returning to Henan from outside the province, both found by screening of key populations; 4 cases in Zhengzhou City (4 cases were found by isolation control; 2 cases were found by people returning from outside the province, all of which were managed by point-to-point closed-loop management). There were 8 new cases of overseas imported asymptomatic infections and no new overseas imported confirmed cases. 7 cases of asymptomatic infections were released from medical observation (3 local cases and 4 overseas imported cases).
As of 24:00 on October 13, 2022, there were 76 hospitalized cases in the province (75 local cases and 1 imported case) and 344 asymptomatic infections under medical observation (308 local cases and 36 imported cases).
