According to the National Health Commission, on October 13 from 0-24 hours, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 313 new confirmed cases. Among them, 64 cases were imported from abroad (22 cases in Fujian, 15 cases in Guangdong, 7 cases in Shanghai, 5 cases in Jiangsu, 4 cases in Sichuan, 2 cases in Beijing, 2 cases in Tianjin, 2 cases in Liaoning, 2 cases in Zhejiang, 2 cases in Chongqing, 1 case in Shandong), including 4 cases of asymptomatic infection turned into confirmed cases (2 cases in Jiangsu, 2 cases in Zhejiang); 249 local cases (56 cases in Inner Mongolia, 53 cases in Guangdong, 28 cases in Xinjiang, 19 cases in Liaoning Beijing 16 cases, Shanxi 11 cases, Heilongjiang 11 cases, Chongqing 11 cases, Sichuan 10 cases, Henan 8 cases, Yunnan 8 cases, Jiangsu 4 cases, Zhejiang 4 cases, Ningxia 4 cases, Shanghai 2 cases, Shandong 2 cases, Shaanxi 2 cases), including 41 cases from asymptomatic infected to confirmed cases (Inner Mongolia 13 cases, Guangdong 13 cases, Beijing 3 cases, Liaoning 3 cases, Sichuan 3 cases, Chongqing 2 cases, Zhejiang 1 case, Henan 1 case, Shaanxi 1 case). 254 new cases were cured and discharged on the same day, including 50 cases imported from abroad and 204 local cases (78 cases in Inner Mongolia, 41 cases in Sichuan, 21 cases in Guizhou, 18 cases in Guangdong, 7 cases in Ningxia, 5 cases in Hunan, 4 cases in Tianjin, 4 cases in Shanxi, 4 cases in Yunnan, 3 cases in Beijing, 3 cases in Shandong, 3 cases in Chongqing, 3 cases in Xinjiang, 2 cases in Heilongjiang, 2 cases in Jiangsu, 2 cases in Zhejiang, 2 cases in Fujian, 1 case in Liaoning, 1 case in Shaanxi). (2 cases in Heilongjiang, 2 cases in Jiangsu, 2 cases in Zhejiang, 2 cases in Fujian, 1 case in Liaoning, 1 case in Shaanxi), 43055 close contacts released from medical observation, and 3 more serious cases than the previous day.

There were 632 confirmed cases (no serious cases) imported from abroad and no existing suspected cases. The total number of confirmed cases is 24,882, the total number of cured and discharged cases is 24,250, and there are no fatal cases.

As of 24:00 on October 13, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 4456 confirmed cases (including 16 severe cases), 245,486 cumulative cured and discharged cases, 5,226 cumulative fatal cases, 255,168 cumulative reported confirmed cases, and no existing suspected cases. A total of 6,606,769 close contacts have been traced, and 395,576 close contacts are still under medical observation.

31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 1143 new cases of asymptomatic infections, including 133 imported cases from abroad and 1010 local cases (302 cases in Xinjiang, 181 cases in Inner Mongolia, 53 cases in Shanxi, 51 cases in Heilongjiang, 50 cases in Yunnan, 47 cases in Shanghai, 42 cases in Anhui, 32 cases in Jilin, 29 cases in Sichuan, 28 cases in Jiangsu, 26 cases in Shandong, Shaanxi (24 cases, 22 cases in Hubei, 22 cases in Ningxia, 21 cases in Guangdong, 17 cases in Liaoning, 13 cases in Chongqing, 8 cases in Beijing, 8 cases in Henan, 8 cases in Tibet, 7 cases in Tianjin, 7 cases in Hunan, 7 cases in Gansu, 4 cases in Hebei, and 1 case in Jiangxi).

519 cases of asymptomatic infected persons were released from medical observation on the same day, of which 93 cases were imported from abroad and 426 cases were local (91 cases in Guizhou, 66 cases in Xinjiang, 45 cases in Ningxia, 34 cases in Sichuan, 29 cases in Heilongjiang, 28 cases in Tianjin, 19 cases in Inner Mongolia, 16 cases in Guangxi, 12 cases in Tibet, 11 cases in Yunnan, 11 cases in Gansu, 8 cases in Shaanxi, 7 cases in Guangdong, 6 cases in Hubei, 5 cases in Hebei, 5 cases in Jiangsu (Shandong 5 cases, Liaoning 4 cases, Shanghai 4 cases, Zhejiang 4 cases, Jiangxi 3 cases, Henan 3 cases, Shanxi 2 cases, Anhui 2 cases, Hunan 2 cases, Beijing 1 case, Jilin 1 case, Hainan 1 case, Chongqing 1 case); 45 cases turned into confirmed cases on the same day (4 cases imported from abroad); 14,924 cases of asymptomatic infected persons still under medical observation (926 cases imported from abroad).

A total of 7473875 cases of confirmed cases were received from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Among them, 422,332 cases in Hong Kong SAR (87575 discharges, 10254 deaths), 793 cases in Macao SAR (787 discharges, 6 deaths), and 7050,750 cases in Taiwan (13742 discharges, 11686 deaths).
