From 0:00 to 24:00 on October 26, 2022, the province reported 3 new local confirmed cases, including 2 cases in Zaozhuang and 1 case in Weihai, all of which were detected in centralized isolation sites. There were 74 new cases of local asymptomatic infections, including 33 cases in Zaozhuang, including 28 cases detected in centralized isolation sites, 2 cases detected in community screening, 2 cases detected in medium-risk areas and 1 case detected in high-risk areas; 9 cases in Linyi, including 8 cases detected in centralized isolation sites and 1 case detected in screening of key personnel; 8 cases in Weihai, all detected in centralized isolation sites; 5 cases in Dongying, all detected in centralized isolation sites; 4 cases in Jining, all detected in centralized isolation sites; 4 cases in Rizhao, all detected in centralized isolation sites. Rizhao 4 cases, 3 cases detected at the centralized isolation point and 1 case detected in the middle risk area; Liaocheng 4 cases, all detected at the centralized isolation point; Dezhou 3 cases, all detected at the centralized isolation point; Jinan 1 case, detected at the key personnel screening; Qingdao 1 case, detected at the centralized isolation point; Zibo 1 case, detected at the inter-regional coordination; Binzhou 1 case, detected at the key personnel screening. There was one new confirmed case imported from abroad, in Qingdao, imported from Korea. There were 2 new cases of asymptomatic infections imported from abroad, both in Qingdao, imported from South Korea.

There were 20 cases of local asymptomatic infected persons discharged from medical observation, including 6 cases in Tai’an, 4 cases in Yantai, 3 cases in Jining, 3 cases in Linyi, 2 cases in Binzhou, 1 case in Qingdao and 1 case in Zibo. The province discharged 2 cases of overseas imported confirmed cases, both in Qingdao. 2 cases of asymptomatic infected persons imported from abroad were released from medical observation, including 1 case in Qingdao and 1 case in Yantai.

As of 24:00 on October 26, 20 cases of local confirmed cases and 356 cases of local asymptomatic infections existed in the province. The province has 10 confirmed cases of overseas importation and 18 cases of overseas importation of asymptomatic infections.
