On October 26 from 0-24 hours, there was 1 new indigenous confirmed case and 9 new indigenous asymptomatic infections in Foshan.

Case 1 was an active patient who tested positive for nucleic acid during the fever clinic visit.

Cases 2-10 were all included in the isolation management as close contacts of the recently reported positive persons in Foshan, and tested positive for nucleic acid during the isolation management.

Combined with epidemiological investigation, clinical manifestations and laboratory tests, one person was diagnosed as a confirmed case, nine people were judged to be asymptomatic infections, all of which have been transferred to the designated hospital for isolation treatment in a closed loop.
