From 00:00 to 24:00 on October 30, there were 16 new confirmed cases and 8 asymptomatic infections (including 2 cases of asymptomatic infections to confirmed cases, of which 13 cases have been notified), 18 cases of isolation and observation, 4 cases of social surface screening, and no new suspected cases; 2 new confirmed cases and 6 asymptomatic infections were imported from abroad, and no new suspected cases. There were 26 cases discharged from hospital and 11 cases of asymptomatic infected persons released from medical observation.

Confirmed cases imported from abroad

Confirmed case 1: Chinese national, arrived at Beijing Capital Airport from France on October 27, sent to centralized isolation hotel through closed-loop management, diagnosed as confirmed case on October 30.

Confirmed case 2: Chinese national, arrived at Beijing Capital Airport from Taiwan on October 26, sent to the centralized isolation hotel under closed-loop management, and diagnosed as a confirmed case on October 30.

All the above cases have been transferred to designated hospitals, epidemiological investigations have been conducted and control measures have been implemented as required.

Centralized quarantine, home quarantine and home health monitoring personnel should strictly comply with all epidemic prevention regulations. If positive cases appear in the quarantine site where the centralized quarantine personnel are located during the quarantine period, they should not gather for meals, gatherings or go to crowded places within 7 days after being released from quarantine. Home quarantine, home health monitoring personnel and their co-residents, strictly at home, do not leave home, cooperate with nucleic acid testing, health monitoring, once the fever, dry cough, weakness, loss of smell and taste and other symptoms, do not buy their own medicine to take medicine, immediately report to the community and cooperate with the corresponding control measures. People entering and returning to Beijing should strictly implement the epidemic prevention policy, take the initiative to report to the community, units, hotels and other relevant departments, conduct 2 tests in 3 days after arriving in Beijing, complete a nucleic acid test within 24 hours of arriving in Beijing, complete a second nucleic acid test after an interval of 24 hours and within 72 hours, do not go out at home before negative results are available, and do not dine, party or go to crowded places within 7 days. Insist on wearing masks, washing hands regularly, ventilating frequently, gathering less, keeping a safe social distance, and entering communities (villages), markets and supermarkets, recreation and fitness and other public places with regular preventive and control measures such as sweeping the code to measure temperature and checking the proof of negative nucleic acid within 72 hours.
