October 30, 2022 0-24 hours, Qinghai Province, 5 new local confirmed cases (5 cases in Xining City, including 2 cases from asymptomatic infected people to confirmed cases), 23 cases are being isolated and treated in designated medical institutions; 86 new local asymptomatic infected people (45 cases in Xining City, 3 cases in Haidong City, 38 cases in Haibei Prefecture), 7 cases were released from medical isolation observation, still 644 cases are still under medical isolation and observation. As of 24:00 on October 30, there were 23 confirmed cases and 644 cases of local asymptomatic infected persons in the province.
