From 00:00 to 24:00 on November 14, 2022, the province reported 8 new confirmed local cases, including 5 cases in Qingdao, 3 cases detected by screening of key personnel and 2 cases detected in centralized isolation sites; 2 cases in Jining, both of which were returned to Lu from outside the province and detected in centralized isolation sites; and 1 case in Jinan, detected in centralized isolation sites. There were 171 new cases of local asymptomatic infections, including 65 cases in Heze, 56 cases detected in centralized isolation sites (including 3 cases of people returning from outside the province), 7 cases detected in high-risk areas and 2 cases detected in home isolation for medical observation; 23 cases in Zaozhuang, 20 cases detected in centralized isolation sites, 2 cases detected in key personnel screening (including 1 case of people returning from outside the province) and 1 case detected in high-risk areas; 20 cases in Jining, 11 cases detected in centralized isolation sites (including 3 cases of people returning from outside the province) and 1 case detected in Jining. Jining 20 cases, 11 cases (including 3 cases of people returning to Lu from outside the province), 5 cases detected by home isolation medical observation, 3 cases detected by community screening and 1 case detected by active consultation; Linyi 19 cases, 13 cases detected by centralized isolation points (including 4 cases of people returning to Lu from outside the province and 1 case of people entering Lu from outside the province), 3 cases detected by home isolation medical observation, 2 cases of people returning to Lu from outside the province, detected by key personnel screening and 1 case detected by community screening; Jinan 9 cases, detected by key personnel screening and 1 case detected by community screening. Jinan 9 cases, 7 cases were detected by screening of key personnel (including 3 cases of people returning to Lu from outside the province and 1 case of people entering Lu from outside the province) and 2 cases were detected at centralized isolation sites (including 1 case of people returning to Lu from outside the province); Liaocheng 9 cases, 7 cases were detected at centralized isolation sites (including 1 case of people returning to Lu from outside the province), 1 case was detected by home isolation medical observation, 1 case was detected by people returning to Lu from outside the province, which was detected by cross-regional coordination; Binzhou 9 cases, 6 cases were detected at centralized isolation (including 3 cases of people entering from outside the province), 2 cases of people entering from outside the province, which were screened and detected by key personnel, 1 case was detected by cross-regional coordination; Qingdao 5 cases, 3 cases were detected at the centralized isolation point, 1 case was screened and detected by key personnel, 1 case of people entering from outside the province, which was detected by cross-regional coordination; Tai’an 4 cases, all of them were people returning from outside the province, which were detected at the centralized isolation point; Zibo 3 cases, 2 cases were detected at the centralized isolation point, 1 case was detected by cross-regional coordination. Zibo, 2 cases were detected at centralized isolation sites, 1 case was detected by people entering Lu from outside the province, which was detected by cross-regional coordination; Weifang, 3 cases were detected at centralized isolation sites (including 1 case of people returning to Lu from outside the province); Dongying, 2 cases, 1 case was detected at centralized isolation sites, 1 case was detected by people returning to Lu from outside the province, which was detected by home isolation medical observation. There were 2 new confirmed cases imported from abroad, both in Qingdao, imported from Korea. There are 2 new cases of asymptomatic infected persons imported from abroad, including 1 case in Jinan, imported from Hong Kong, China, and 1 case in Qingdao, imported from Korea.

From 0:00 to 24:00 on November 14, 2022, four local confirmed cases were discharged from the province, including three cases in Qingdao and one case in Zaozhuang. There were 61 cases of local asymptomatic infected persons released from medical observation, including 12 cases in Zibo, 9 cases in Qingdao, 7 cases in Linyi, 6 cases in Jining, 6 cases in Rizhao, 5 cases in Zaozhuang, 5 cases in Dezhou, 3 cases in Jinan, 2 cases in Dongying, 2 cases in Weifang, 2 cases in Liaocheng, 1 case in Tai’an and 1 case in Binzhou. The province discharged 1 case of overseas imported confirmed cases in Qingdao. Four cases of asymptomatic infected persons imported from abroad were released from medical observation, including three cases in Qingdao and one case in Yantai.

As of 24:00 on November 14, 2022, there were 90 confirmed local cases and 1560 local asymptomatic infections in the province. The province has 11 confirmed cases of overseas importation and 107 cases of overseas importation of asymptomatic infections.
