From 0 to 24 hours on November 17, there were 2 new local confirmed cases in Hubei Province (reported in Wuhan City, both light, of which 1 case was detected at isolation sites and 1 case was detected by screening of key populations) and 145 new local asymptomatic infections (93 cases in Wuhan City, of which 46 cases were detected at isolation sites, 8 cases were detected by home isolation and 29 cases were detected by screening of key populations; 11 cases in Xiangyang City, of which 5 cases were isolation point detection, 3 cases for home isolation detection, 1 case for landing detection; Jingzhou City 11 cases, of which 10 cases for isolation point detection, 1 case for home isolation detection; Enshi Prefecture 9 cases, of which 5 cases for isolation point detection, 4 cases for home isolation detection; Huanggang City 7 cases, of which 5 cases for isolation point detection, 2 cases for key population screening detection; Xianning City 4 cases, all for isolation point detection; Jingmen City 3 cases (1 case was detected at the isolation point and 1 case was detected on the ground; 2 cases in Huangshi City, 1 of which was detected at the isolation point; 2 cases in Ezhou City, both detected on the ground; 2 cases in Suizhou City and 1 case in Yichang City, both detected at the isolation point), 1 new overseas imported confirmed case (imported from Indonesia), 3 new overseas imported asymptomatic cases (1 case each from Pakistan, Indonesia and Belgium), and 0 new suspected cases. There were 0 new suspected cases, 0 new fatal cases, 1 case discharged on the same day (a confirmed case in Wuhan), and 70 cases of asymptomatic infected persons released from medical observation on the same day (42 cases in Wuhan, 5 cases in Suizhou, 4 cases in Huangshi, 4 cases in Huanggang, 4 cases in Enshi, 4 cases in Tianmen, 3 cases in Xiangyang, 3 cases in Yichang, and 1 case in Jingmen).

As of 24:00 on November 17, there were 17 confirmed local cases treated in designated medical institutions (15 cases in Wuhan, 14 of which were light and 1 was common; 1 case in Xiangyang and 1 case in Enshizhou, both light) and 0 suspected cases. There are 1234 cases of local asymptomatic infected persons still under centralized isolation for medical observation (560 cases in Wuhan, 173 cases in Huanggang, 97 cases in Suizhou, 78 cases in Xiangyang, 65 cases in Yichang, 48 cases in Jingzhou, 48 cases in Xianning, 48 cases in Tianmen, 33 cases in Enshi, 24 cases in Xiaogan, 18 cases in Huangshi, 12 cases in Ezhou, 10 cases in Shiyan, 10 cases in Jingmen, 8 cases in Xiantao (2 cases in Qianjiang City).

There were 3 confirmed cases of overseas imported cases treated in designated medical institutions, all of them were light; 21 cases of overseas imported asymptomatic infected persons were still under intensive isolation for medical observation.

The total number of cases cured and discharged from hospitals in Hubei Province is 63,931, the total number of deaths is 4,512, and the total number of confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia is 68,463. There are 31,930 close contacts still under intensive isolation for medical observation.
