Dalian found 16 cases of asymptomatic infection in two new high-risk areas

The reporter learned from the General Command of Dalian City New Crown Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control that on November 22, 2022, 16 cases of abnormal nucleic acid test results were found in Dalian City, of which 6 cases were found in the screening of people coming to Dalian from extraterritorial epidemic areas, 2 cases were found in the active screening of social surfaces, and 8 cases were found in the screening of close contacts. The CDC reviewed the positive test results and transferred them to the designated hospital for isolation and treatment, and they were diagnosed by experts as asymptomatic infected persons. The close contacts identified in Dalian have been included in the control, and information about people from other cities has been transferred to the local area in a timely manner.

According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, after comprehensive research and evaluation, it was decided to designate “the bungalow in North Dahetun, Sanli Village, Youzheng Street, Jinpu New Area and the construction site of Golden Land Central Park, Youzheng Street” as high-risk areas and implement corresponding prevention and control measures.
