Previously, on the evening of November 23, the Zhengzhou City Epidemic Prevention and Control Command issued an open letter to all citizens, deciding to carry out daily nucleic acid screening in the main city of Zhengzhou (Zhongyuan District, Erqi District, Jinshui District, Guancheng District, Huijie District, Zhengdong New District, Gaoxin District, and Jingkai District) from 00:00 on November 25 to 24:00 on November 29, reducing the movement of people during the period.

For emergency treatment of acute and critical illnesses and maternal and other special patients, medical institutions are strictly prohibited from refusing to accept, shirking or delaying treatment on the grounds of abnormal health codes, no nucleic acid test results and other epidemic prevention and control requirements. Medical personnel on the spot determined to be acute and critical patients, all first treatment after screening, with life-threatening, immediate implementation of resuscitation. Medical personnel in good protection on the basis of emergency treatment, there is no obvious occupational exposure in principle, not judged as close contacts. If occupational exposure is caused by emergency treatment of patients, the relevant medical personnel will not be held responsible.
