2103 new cases were cured and discharged on the same day, including 57 imported cases and 2046 local cases (982 cases in Guangdong, 231 cases in Beijing, 213 cases in Chongqing, 152 cases in Sichuan, 84 cases in Inner Mongolia, 67 cases in Shanxi, 56 cases in Henan, 50 cases in Yunnan, 40 cases in Shaanxi, 29 cases in Jiangsu, 23 cases in Xinjiang, 16 cases in Zhejiang, 16 cases in Hunan, 12 cases in Liaoning, 12 cases in Guizhou (12 cases, Heilongjiang 10 cases, Shandong 9 cases, Hebei 8 cases, Fujian 8 cases, Hainan 8 cases, Gansu 5 cases, Qinghai 5 cases, Shanghai 4 cases, Anhui 2 cases, Hubei 2 cases, Guangxi 2 cases), lifting medical observation of close contacts 207918 people, serious cases decreased by 7 cases compared to the previous day.

There were 781 confirmed cases (no serious cases) and no existing suspected cases imported from abroad. The total number of confirmed cases is 27431, the total number of cured cases is 26650, and there are no fatal cases.

As of 24:00 on November 27, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 33,129 confirmed cases (including 104 severe cases), 273,262 cumulative cured and discharged cases, 5,233 cumulative deaths, 31,624 cumulative reported confirmed cases, and 30 existing suspected cases. A total of 12072501 close contacts have been traced, and 1851120 close contacts are still under medical observation.

A total of 8724915 cases of confirmed cases were received from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Among them, 456398 cases in Hong Kong SAR (98227 discharges, 10692 deaths), 797 cases in Macau SAR (789 discharges, 6 deaths), and 8267720 cases in Taiwan (13742 discharges, 14235 deaths).
