Shaanxi Health Commission informed that from 0-24 hours on November 28, 38 new confirmed cases of indigenous were reported (32 cases of light type and 6 cases of common type), including 19 cases in Weinan, 6 cases in Yan’an, 4 cases in Xi’an (all asymptomatic to confirmed), 3 cases in Ankang, 2 cases in Hanzhong, 2 cases in Yulin, 1 case in Hancheng and 1 case in Xianyang (asymptomatic to confirmed); 900 new cases of indigenous asymptomatic infections were reported, including Xi’an 311 cases, Yulin 257 cases, Ankang 102 cases, Baoji 59 cases, Xianyang 44 cases, Weinan 34 cases, Shangluo 33 cases, Yan’an 31 cases, Tongchuan 15 cases, Hanzhong 10 cases, Hancheng 3 cases, Yangling 1 case. 30 cases were discharged from hospital and 258 cases were released from medical observation in isolation.

As of 24:00 on November 28, there were 563 cases of confirmed local cases in hospital for isolation treatment and 8825 cases of asymptomatic infected persons under medical observation in isolation.

30-32: Ankang City reported that one case was found in home isolation, one case was found in centralized isolation and one case was found in home isolation for import from outside the province.

33-34: Hanzhong City reported, all of which were detected by screening of non-closed-loop management key personnel.

35-36: Yulin City reported, all were centralized isolation findings.

37: Hancheng City reported as concentrated isolation findings.

38: Reported in Xianyang City as asymptomatic infected persons referred for confirmation.

730-773: Xianyang City reported that 31 cases were found in centralized isolation, 3 cases were found in home isolation, 3 cases were found in non-closed-loop management key personnel screening, 3 cases were found in community screening, 2 cases were found in home isolation for out-of-province import, 1 case was found in centralized isolation for out-of-province import, and 1 case was found in cross-regional co-investigation.

897-899: Hancheng City reported, of which 2 cases were found in centralized isolation and 1 case was found in centralized isolation of out-of-province import.

The above confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons were isolated in designated medical institutions for treatment and isolated medical observation. Details of the cases, activity trajectories and epidemic prevention and control work were released by the relevant epidemic-related cities (districts).

From 0:00 to 24:00 on November 28, one new case of confirmed case and one case of asymptomatic infected person were reported to be imported from abroad.

As of 24:00 on November 28, there were 16 cases of confirmed imported cases in isolation and 13 cases of asymptomatic infected persons under medical observation.

Overseas imported confirmed case 1 and asymptomatic infected person 1: after entering the country, they were managed in a closed loop, no track of their own activities in Shaanxi Province, positive nucleic acid test results, diagnosed by the municipal expert group as a confirmed case of new crown pneumonia or asymptomatic infected person, and are currently under isolation treatment or medical observation in designated medical institutions.
