From 0:00 to 24:00 on November 29, one new confirmed case was diagnosed in Urumqi, in Shaibak District. There were 97 new cases of asymptomatic infection, including 17 cases in Tianshan District, 38 cases in Shaibak District, 13 cases in Gaoxin District (Xincheng District), 5 cases in Shuimangu District, 16 cases in Jingkai District (Tourtunhe District), and 8 cases in Middong District.

There were 5 new confirmed cases discharged from hospital, including 1 case in Gaoxin District (Xincheng District), 1 case in Shuimangu District, and 3 cases in Jingkai District (Tourtunhe District). There were 589 new cases of asymptomatic infections released from medical observation, including 99 cases in Tianshan District, 114 cases in Shaibak District, 107 cases in Gaoxin District (Xincheng District), 75 cases in Shuimangu District, 102 cases in Jingkai District (Tourtunhe District), and 92 cases in Middong District.
