On January 14, the State Council joint prevention and control mechanism held a conference on the situation related to the health protection of key populations. Jiao Yahui, Director General of the Medical Department of the National Health Care Commission, introduced that by January 12, more than 5,000 secondary medical institutions, designated hospitals and sub-designated hospitals in the county had admitted and treated a total of 301,000 people with new crown infections, accounting for 23.7% of all new crown infections, showing a trend of seven consecutive days of decline. The number of patients with serious NCC positive disease in the county is 15,800, accounting for 15.1% of the national total, of which serious NCC infection is 518 cases, accounting for 6.7% of serious NCC infection nationwide.
