In crowded, space-confined places, such as when taking airplanes, trains, subways, buses and other means of transportation, you should wear a mask throughout the standard and do hand hygiene. Minimize the time and number of meals on public transportation, and preferably stagger meals. When the epidemic is serious, elderly people with underlying diseases and pregnant women and children should minimize their visits to crowded places.
Third, reduce gathering activities. After returning home, try not to go to crowded places with poor air circulation, stay away from people with fever or cough symptoms, and reduce gatherings such as parties and dinners. Advocate the simplicity of red and white celebrations, avoid large gestures, wear masks when participating in weddings and funerals and other gatherings, maintain a safe social distance, use public chopsticks and spoons for meals, and advocate greetings by phone and WeChat.
Fourth, maintain good hygiene habits. Wear a mask, wash your hands regularly, live a regular life, and get enough sleep. Open the windows at home at regular intervals, at least 2 to 3 times a day for 20 to 30 minutes each time; when there are more people at home or when there are patients or visitors, it is recommended to open the windows at any time; pay attention to ventilation and disinfection when using air conditioners. When there are isolated people at home, the room where they are located should be closed and the windows should be opened separately for ventilation. Keep the home environment clean and clean up the garbage in time.
Fifth, pay attention to a balanced diet. Drink more water, eat more fruits and vegetables, eat more milk, eggs, fish and other protein-rich foods, pay attention to nutrition, enhance their own immunity, the New Year period is rich in food, do not overeat.
Sixth, take the initiative to vaccinate. Residents who are not contraindicated and eligible for vaccination should receive the entire vaccination against the new coronavirus for booster immunization. The elderly and patients with chronic diseases should be vaccinated as soon as possible to “receive as much as possible”.
Seven, guard the “one old and one small”. If you have elderly people and children with poor resistance, especially those with underlying diseases, avoid prolonged contact. The elderly, children, chronically ill and pregnant women and other key people should try not to travel far, reduce the number of people going out, try not to participate in multi-person gatherings, avoid going to crowded places, and stay away from people with fever and cough symptoms.
