Wuhan releases information on 2 new cases of asymptomatic infections

On September 22, Wuhan City Epidemic Prevention and Control Command issued a notification of 2 new cases of asymptomatic infected persons.
Asymptomatic infected person 1: resides in Building 6 of the student apartment of Wuhan Engineering Vocational and Technical College, is a close contact of the confirmed case notified by the province on September 21 on the Z274 train, and was detected positive for nucleic acid in the routine nucleic acid test of key personnel, so he was immediately transferred to Wuhan Jinyintan Hospital, and was judged as asymptomatic infected person in combination with clinical manifestations.
Asymptomatic Infected Person 2: Wuhan Engineering Vocational Technology College student apartment building 6, a close contact of Asymptomatic Infected Person 1, was found positive for nucleic acid during routine nucleic acid screening of key personnel, and was transferred to Wuhan Jinyintan Hospital, which was judged as Asymptomatic Infected Person in combination with clinical manifestations.
At present, close contacts, sub-close contacts and general contacts of the two asymptomatic infected persons have been identified and controlled, environmental nucleic acid testing has been carried out in key areas, and disinfection and containment measures have been implemented in the corresponding areas.

September 17: Wuhan Station (train G1006, arrived at 14:17), 14:17 at Wuhan Station on Metro Line 4 – change to Metro Line 8 at Yuejiazui – change to Metro Line 3 at Zhaojiajie – change to Metro Line 21 (Yangliao Line) at Houhu Avenue – exit at 16:45 at Yangliao Metro Station, Wuhan Engineering Vocational and Technical College.
September 18: Wuchang Railway Station (Z835 train, arriving at 22:23), 22:30 at Wuchang Railway Station to take Metro Line 4 – change to Metro Line 2 at Zhongnan Road – exit at 23:00 at Luoxiong Road Metro Station, Jiuwu Claw Jaw BBQ (Zongguan Branch), City Convenience Hotel (Wuhan Zongguan Branch), Wuhan Engineering Vocational and Technical College.
