On February 1, Bac Bio released the “Announcement on Voluntary Disclosure of the Approval of the Application for Marketing License of Live Attenuated Herpes Zoster Vaccine”, which showed that Changchun Bac Biotechnology Co., Ltd. recently received the “Drug Registration Certificate” for the live attenuated herpes zoster vaccine from the State Drug Administration. Previously, only GlaxoSmithKline’s Shingrix was available for sale in China.
The reporter noted that in the State Drug Administration’s January 31 drug approval document delivery information, Changchun Bacre Biotechnology Joint Stock Company’s live attenuated herpes zoster vaccine approval number is the State Drug Certificate S20233097.
