From 0:00 to 24:00 on September 27, 2022, there were no new local cases and 5 new cases of foreign imported asymptomatic infections in Dongguan. Among them, one case was found in the screening of incoming home health surveillance personnel returning to Dongguan, and four cases were found in the closed-loop control. The situation is as follows.

One case is a person returning to Dongguan for home health surveillance

The person entered from Vietnam on September 19, in the provinces for intensive isolation medical observation. 26 September after the expiration of the isolation period arrived in Shenzhen on flight CZ8694, and then returned to our Xie Gang town residence in a private car to implement home health monitoring. 27 September morning during its home health monitoring of the new coronavirus nucleic acid initial screening results are abnormal, the specimen was reviewed by the city CDC for positive nucleic acid of the new coronavirus. The specimen has now been transferred in closed loop to the hospital designated for the treatment of New Coronavirus pneumonia in isolation. After further examination and expert consultation, the diagnosis is an asymptomatic infected person with imported New Coronavirus pneumonia from abroad.

Epidemiological investigation is being carried out at the city and town levels to fully investigate the activities of the asymptomatic infected person’s close contacts and personnel contacts, and the close contacts and sub-close contacts tracked have been controlled in accordance with the requirements. The places of residence of the asymptomatic infected person have been controlled, and environmental nucleic acid sampling and final disinfection have been carried out in the key places where the asymptomatic infected person has been active.

In order to exclude the risk of transmission of the epidemic, citizens who have taken flight CZ8694 on September 26, or have visited the following places at the following times, please immediately take the initiative to report to the community where you live, your workplace or hotel where you live, and cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control measures. If you have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, weakness, sore throat, loss of smell (taste), nasal congestion, runny nose, conjunctivitis, myalgia and diarrhea, please go to the fever clinic promptly.

4 cases were imported asymptomatic infections from abroad

Among them, 3 cases were imported from Hong Kong, China. After entering the country, they were transferred to the centralized isolation site according to the whole closed-loop management procedure. During the isolation period, they were tested positive for nucleic acid of New Coronavirus and were transferred to the Ninth People’s Hospital of Dongguan City for isolation treatment, among which one case was diagnosed as asymptomatic New Coronavirus pneumonia and two cases were diagnosed as asymptomatic New Coronavirus pneumonia (re-positive); one case was imported from the UK. After entry, they were transferred to the centralized isolation site according to the whole closed-loop management procedure. During the isolation period, the nucleic acid of the new coronavirus was tested positive, which was transferred to the Ninth People’s Hospital of Dongguan City for isolation treatment and diagnosed as asymptomatic new coronavirus pneumonia infections (re-positive).

At present, the domestic epidemic situation shows multi-point distribution, frequent occurrence in many places, local outbreaks, the epidemic in the surrounding cities is still not completely blocked, coinciding with the start of the school season, the frequent movement of people, the epidemic prevention and control situation is serious and complex. We ask the general public to consciously comply with the relevant provisions of the epidemic prevention and control, firmly establish the awareness that “everyone is the first person responsible for his or her own health”, wear scientific masks, wash hands regularly, frequent ventilation, and maintain social distance. When entering public places, they should consciously comply with all epidemic prevention and control measures such as temperature measurement, wearing masks, scanning place codes and checking trip cards, and actively participate in nucleic acid testing organized by their villages (communities) and units.

People coming (returning) to China who have a history of residence in medium or high risk areas within the last 7 days or who have intersected with the activity trajectory of positive infected persons must take the first initiative to report to their communities, work units or hotels where they are staying, and cooperate in health management work such as medical isolation observation or health monitoring.
Passengers must hold a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours to travel by airplane, high-speed rail, train, cross-province long-distance passenger bus, cross-province passenger ship and other means of transport.

Promote the “landing test”. In accordance with the principle of “voluntary free of charge that is taken, without restricting the flow”, cross-provincial mobile personnel arrived at the destination, the first time to carry out nucleic acid sampling. In accordance with the requirements, the timely completion of nucleic acid testing, and nucleic acid test results into the health code, to facilitate the public to check the test results.

Shenzhen medium- and high-risk areas to (return to) Dongguan personnel in accordance with the requirements of centralized, home isolation.

For those who have a history of residence in Shenzhen (other than the above-mentioned areas), they should check the 48-hour negative nucleic acid certificate, complete two nucleic acid tests within 3 days (24-hour interval), and do self-health monitoring. 7 days, they should not gather, do not string doors, do not go to crowded places, and do strict personal protection when going out.

Guangshen commuters are advocated to increase the frequency of nucleic acid testing under the premise of maintaining 48 hours negative nucleic acid, and it is recommended to maintain 24 hours negative nucleic acid.

advocate that people from other cities (except Tulufan City) come to (return to) Guanzhou to take nucleic acid “two tests in three days” (two nucleic acid tests within three days, with an interval of 24 hours), and do a good job of self-health monitoring; do not gather, do not string doors, do not go to crowded places within seven days, and strictly do personal protection when going out.
Those who come (return) to Dongguan from non-medium and high-risk areas in the urban area of Aihui District, Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province, should carry out strict home health monitoring for 5 days after arrival (counting from the date of leaving the urban area of Aihui District, Heihe City), and not go out during the home health monitoring period, and carry out nucleic acid testing once on the 1st, 3rd and 5th days. The people living with us do their personal health monitoring, strictly implement two-point activities between their homes and units, avoid taking public transportation such as bus and subway, and do not participate in party dinners and gathering activities.
Since September 15, there are non-medium and high-risk areas in Xinjiang Tulufan City to (return to) Dongguan personnel, the implementation of 7 days of home isolation medical observation after arrival (from the date of departure from Tulufan City), the first, fourth and seven days each carry out a nucleic acid test.
For those who have a history of residing in Tibet and Qinghai non-medium and high-risk areas, they will be placed under home health surveillance for 3 days (counting from the date of departure from Tibet and Qinghai), and will not go out during the home health surveillance period.

Those who have not completed the full course of vaccination against the new coronavirus should take the initiative to receive the new coronavirus vaccine at designated vaccination sites. In case of fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, loss of smell (taste), nasal congestion, runny nose, conjunctivitis, myalgia and diarrhea, take personal protection, avoid taking public transportation and go to the nearest medical institution for fever clinic in a timely manner.
