October 1 at 16:50 by flight MF8292 from Urumqi to Taiyuan, Shanxi (wearing a mask), arrived at Taiyuan Airport, Shanxi at 20:00, negative nucleic acid test at the airport at 21:05. 22:31 by train K610 from Taiyuan to Shijiazhuang North Station.

On October 2, 0:30 after arriving at Shijiazhuang North Station landed nucleic acid and antigen testing, antigen results negative after leaving the station, outside the station by cab to arrive at home in Yuhua District, Shijiazhuang City, 10:10 minutes by private car from home in Shijiazhuang, 13:10 minutes in Shihuang Expressway Cangzhou East high-speed exit, then along Provincial Road 283 via Yanshan, 14:00 arrived in Haixing County, Zhang Huiting Township warm 23:20 by negative pressure ambulance transfer to the centralized isolation point, the implementation of centralized isolation medical observation control measures.

In the early morning of October 3, a nucleic acid test was conducted and the initial screening result was positive, which was rechecked by Cangzhou CDC as positive and then transferred to the designated hospital by negative pressure ambulance.
