October 9, 2022, 0-24 hours, Anhui Province reported no new confirmed cases, 41 new asymptomatic infections (1 case in Yaohai District, Hefei City, returned from outside the city; 3 cases in Yongqiao District, Suizhou City, found by screening of key personnel; 28 cases in Taihe County, Fuyang City, of which 25 cases were found in isolated close contacts, 2 cases were found by home health monitoring, 1 case was found by community screening; 1 case in Huaiyuan County, Bengbu City, Bengshan District (3 cases in Huaiyuan County of Bengbu City, 3 cases in Bengshan District, 3 cases in Yushui District, and 2 cases in Tongguan District of Tongling City, all of which are people from outside the province to Anhui).
From 0 to 24:00 on October 9, 2 new cases of asymptomatic infected persons were released from medical observation (1 case in Lixin County, Bozhou City, and 1 case in Yongqiao District, Suzhou City).
As of 24:00 on October 9, there were 4 confirmed local cases and 114 local asymptomatic infected persons under medical observation in Anhui Province.
