From 0-24 hours on September 13, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region reported no new confirmed cases or asymptomatic infected persons imported from abroad. There were 7 new local confirmed cases, all in Chifeng City (6 cases in Songshan District, 5 of which were detected in high-risk area screening and 1 in isolation site; 1 case in Arukorqin Banner, detected in active consultation); 11 cases of asymptomatic infections, including 3 cases in Chifeng City (1 case in Songshan District and 2 cases in Wengniut Banner, both detected in isolation site), 3 cases in Bayannur City (all in Linhe District, detected in isolation site), and Alashan League 5 cases (all in Cek port, detected in the isolation point). Local confirmed cases cured and discharged 4 cases, including 1 case in Hohhot City (close contacts of those who landed detected), 1 case in Hulunbeier City (in Manzhouli City), 2 cases in Xilingole League (1 case in Xilinhot City, 1 case in Erlianhot City), 6 cases of local asymptomatic infected people released from medical observation, all in Xilingole League Erlianhot City.

As of 24:00 on September 13, there were 312 confirmed local cases in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, including 3 cases in Hohhot (all of them were landed and detected persons and close contacts), 2 cases in Hulunbeier (both in Manzhouli), 275 cases in Chifeng (6 cases in Hongshan District, 110 cases in Songshan District, 158 cases in Wengniut Banner, 1 case in Aluqorqin Banner), 32 cases in Xilin Gol League (25 cases in Xilinhot) (7 cases in Xilinhot City, 7 cases in Erlianhot City), 389 cases of local asymptomatic infected persons, including 1 case in Hohhot City (close contacts of landed detected persons), 308 cases in Chifeng City (9 cases in Hongshan District, 96 cases in Songshan District, 203 cases in Wengniut Banner), 47 cases in Xilin Gol League (33 cases in Xilinhot City, 14 cases in Erlianhot City), 5 cases in Bayannur City (all in Linhe District), 28 cases in Alashan League ( All in Cekke port). Four cases of confirmed cases were imported from abroad, and four cases of asymptomatic infected persons were in Hohhot.
