On September 14, 0-24 hours, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 167 new confirmed cases. Among them, 41 cases were imported from abroad (8 cases in Shanghai, 8 cases in Guangdong, 7 cases in Yunnan, 6 cases in Fujian, 4 cases in Sichuan, 3 cases in Liaoning, 2 cases in Beijing, 2 cases in Jiangsu, 1 case in Shandong), including 2 cases from asymptomatic infected persons to confirmed cases (both in Sichuan); 126 local cases (84 cases in Sichuan, 9 cases in Tibet, 7 cases in Inner Mongolia, 5 cases in Guangdong, 5 cases in Guangxi, 5 cases in Guizhou, 2 cases in Beijing, 2 cases in Chongqing 2 cases in Xinjiang, 1 case in Tianjin, 1 case in Jiangxi, 1 case in Shandong, 1 case in Yunnan, 1 case in Shaanxi), including 36 cases from asymptomatic infected persons to confirmed cases (27 cases in Sichuan, 5 cases in Inner Mongolia, 2 cases in Xinjiang, 1 case in Beijing, 1 case in Tibet). No new fatal cases. No new suspected cases.

560 new cases were cured and discharged on that day, including 54 cases imported from abroad and 506 local cases (293 cases in Hainan, 58 cases in Sichuan, 51 cases in Guangdong, 28 cases in Tibet, 15 cases in Heilongjiang, 10 cases in Tianjin, 7 cases in Inner Mongolia, 6 cases in Liaoning, 6 cases in Henan, 5 cases in Shaanxi, 4 cases in Beijing, 4 cases in Hunan, 3 cases in Jiangxi, 3 cases in Yunnan, 3 cases in Gansu, 2 cases in Qinghai, 1 case in Hebei (1 case in Shanxi, 1 case in Zhejiang, 1 case in Anhui, 1 case in Shandong, 1 case in Chongqing, 1 case in Guizhou, 1 case in Xinjiang), 24,736 close contacts released from medical observation, and 2 more serious cases than the previous day.

There are 550 confirmed cases of overseas import (no serious cases) and no existing suspected cases. The total number of confirmed cases is 23,210, the total number of cured and discharged cases is 22,660, and there are no fatal cases.

As of 24:00 on September 14, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 4884 confirmed cases (including 34 severe cases), 237614 cumulative cured and discharged cases, 5226 cumulative fatal cases, 247,724 cumulative reported confirmed cases, and no existing suspected cases. A total of 5769816 close contacts have been traced, and 232,617 close contacts are still under medical observation.

On the same day, 1480 cases of asymptomatic infected persons were released from medical observation, including 67 cases imported from abroad and 1413 local cases (634 cases in Hainan, 287 cases in Tibet, 149 cases in Heilongjiang, 41 cases in Sichuan, 38 cases in Tianjin, 37 cases in Xinjiang, 34 cases in Qinghai, 32 cases in Jiangxi, 28 cases in Henan, 25 cases in Liaoning, 20 cases in Guangdong, 17 cases in Shaanxi, 14 cases in Hubei, 13 cases in Gansu, 8 cases in Hebei (8 cases in Guizhou, 7 cases in Inner Mongolia, 7 cases in Jilin, 5 cases in Shandong, 2 cases in Shanghai, 2 cases in Jiangsu, 2 cases in Yunnan, 1 case in Fujian, 1 case in Guangxi, 1 case in Chongqing); 38 cases were turned into confirmed cases on the same day (2 cases imported from abroad); 20,909 cases of asymptomatic infected persons are still under medical observation (703 cases imported from abroad).

Cumulatively, 6208064 cases of confirmed cases were received from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Among them, Hong Kong SAR 402928 cases (79426 cases discharged, 9830 cases died), Macao SAR 793 cases (787 cases discharged, 6 cases died), Taiwan 5804343 cases (13742 cases discharged, 10366 cases died).
