On October 16, 2022 from 0-24 hours, there were no new confirmed cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia in Hebei Province; there were 12 new asymptomatic infections, including 5 cases in Baoding City (4 in Baigou New Town and 1 in Anguo City), 3 in Qinhuangdao City (Seaport District), 2 in Shijiazhuang City (Yuhua District), 1 in Langfang City (Yongqing County), and 1 in Zhangjiakou City (Zhuolu County, which is (foreigners to Hebei). One case was cured and discharged from hospital, and six cases of asymptomatic infected persons were released from medical observation.
As of 24:00 on October 16, there were 3 confirmed cases in Hebei Province; 136 cases of asymptomatic infections were still under medical observation.
