9 new indigenous confirmed cases and 12 indigenous asymptomatic infections in Henan

From 0 to 24 hours on October 20, there were 9 new local confirmed cases in Henan Province (9 cases in Zhengzhou City, of which 7 cases were found in isolation and control and 2 cases were found in screening of key populations). There were 12 new cases of local asymptomatic infections (6 cases in Zhengzhou City, 4 of which were found in isolation control and 2 in screening of key populations; 5 cases in Hebi City and 1 case in Puyang City, both found in isolation control). There were 5 new cases of asymptomatic infections imported from abroad, and no new confirmed cases imported from abroad. 3 local confirmed cases were cured and discharged (2 in Zhengzhou and 1 in Nanyang). 24 asymptomatic infections were released from medical observation, including 19 local cases (8 in Zhengzhou, 3 in Anyang, 2 each in Kaifeng, Luoyang and Shangqiu, 1 each in Zhoukou and Sanmenxia) and 5 imported cases.
As of 24:00 on October 20, 2022, there were 116 hospitalized cases in Henan Province (116 local cases) and 364 asymptomatic infected persons still under medical observation (330 local cases and 34 imported cases).
