On October 31, from 0 to 24, 17 new cases of local asymptomatic infections were reported in Liaoning Province, including 1 case in Dalian, 1 case in Dandong, 14 cases in Jinzhou, and 1 case in Yingkou; 2 new confirmed cases of foreign-imported Newcastle pneumonia (both from asymptomatic infections to confirmed cases) were reported in Shenyang; 6 new cases of foreign-imported asymptomatic infections were reported, including 3 cases in Shenyang and Three cases were reported in Shenyang and three cases were reported in Dalian. There was one confirmed case of local new crown pneumonia discharged from hospital; four cases of local asymptomatic infections and five cases of overseas imported asymptomatic infections were discharged from medical observation.
As of 24:00 on October 31, the province reported a total of 2034 confirmed cases (including 316 cases imported from abroad), cured and discharged 1993 cases, 2 cases died, and 39 cases are under hospital treatment (30 local cases and 9 imported from abroad). At present, there are 98 asymptomatic infected cases under medical observation (68 local cases and 30 imported cases).
