New crown pneumonia outbreak in Guangdong Province on November 7, 2022

From 0 to 24 hours on November 6, there were 185 new confirmed local cases in the province (122 in Guangzhou, 3 in Shenzhen, 27 in Shantou, 2 in Foshan, 1 in Dongguan, 1 in Zhanjiang, 24 in Maoming and 5 in Qingyuan); 1882 new local asymptomatic cases (1813 in Guangzhou, 1 in Shenzhen, 1 in Zhuhai, 32 in Shantou, 8 in Foshan, 7 in Meizhou, 13 in Maoming, 2 in Qingyuan and 5 in Jieyang). There are 39 cases of local asymptomatic to confirmed cases (36 cases in Guangzhou, 1 case in Shantou, 1 case in Zhanjiang and 1 case in Maoming). There were 10 new confirmed cases imported from abroad (Guangzhou 2, Shenzhen 7, Zhuhai 1); 19 new asymptomatic infections imported from abroad (Guangzhou 8, Shenzhen 3, Zhuhai 1, Dongguan 7).
There are 80 new cases discharged from the province (19 cases imported from abroad), 1928 cases are currently in the hospital (129 cases imported from abroad); 154 new cases of asymptomatic infected persons were released from medical observation (30 cases imported from abroad), 6220 cases of asymptomatic infected persons are still under medical observation (220 cases imported from abroad).
As of 24:00 on November 6, the province has reported a total of 31,366 positive cases of new coronary pneumonia (14,217 cases imported from abroad), including 13,326 confirmed cases (5,911 cases imported from abroad) and 18,040 asymptomatic cases (8,306 cases imported from abroad).
