On November 8, 2022 from 0-24 hours, there were 69 new confirmed cases of indigenous new crown pneumonia in Shanxi Province (42 cases in Pingcheng District, Datong City, 6 cases in Yungang District, Datong City, 14 cases in Hunyuan County, Yangquan City, 1 case of asymptomatic infected person turned into a confirmed case in Pingding County, Jinzhong City, 1 case of asymptomatic infected person turned into a confirmed case in Shouyang County, Jinzhong City, 2 cases in Pingyao County, Jinzhong City, 2 cases of asymptomatic infected person turned into a confirmed case in Lingshi County, Jinzhong City, 1 case of asymptomatic infected person turned into a (1 case of confirmed case, 1 case of asymptomatic infection to confirmed case in Fanchi County, Xinzhou City, and 1 case in Fenyang City, Lvliang City).
