New crown pneumonia outbreak in Yunnan Province on November 14, 2022

On November 14 from 0-24 hours, the province’s new crown pneumonia epidemic situation is as follows.

8 new cases of imported infections from abroad, including 2 confirmed cases (imported from Thailand); 6 cases of asymptomatic infections (2 cases each from Malaysia and Nepal, and 1 case each from Thailand and Hong Kong, China).

There were 4 new cases of infected persons imported from other provinces, including 1 confirmed case reported in Mengzi City (found among the people entering Yunnan from Henan Province); 3 cases of asymptomatic infected persons reported in Chenggong District (found among the people entering Yunnan from Gansu Province).

There were 265 new cases of infection in the province, including 20 confirmed cases: 9 cases reported in Luxi County (5 cases found in centralized isolation sites, 3 cases found in community screening, 1 case found among people under medical observation in home isolation), 6 cases reported in Guandu District (all found among people who took the initiative to go to the examination), 1 case reported in Ruili City (found among close contacts), 1 case reported in Zhaoyang District (found in centralized isolation sites), 1 case reported in Ludian County (found in centralized isolation sites), 1 case reported in Xuandian District (found among people who entered Yunnan), 1 case reported in Ruiyuan District (found among people who entered Yunnan in Gansu), 1 case reported in Lutian County (found in centralized isolation sites).
