From 00:00 to 24:00 on November 22, there were 388 new confirmed cases and 1098 asymptomatic infections (including 10 cases of asymptomatic infections to confirmed cases, of which 634 cases have been notified), 1186 cases of isolation and observation, 290 cases of social screening, and no new suspected cases; there were 8 new confirmed cases and 40 asymptomatic infections imported from abroad, and no new suspected cases. There were 80 cases discharged from hospital and 68 asymptomatic infected persons released from medical observation.

Confirmed cases imported from abroad

Confirmed cases 1, 2 and 3: Chinese nationals, arrived at Beijing Capital Airport from France on November 19, sent to the centralized isolation hotel through closed-loop management, and diagnosed as confirmed cases on November 22.

Confirmed case 4: Chinese national, arrived at Beijing Capital Airport from Hong Kong, China on November 18, sent to the centralized isolation hotel under closed-loop management, and diagnosed as confirmed case on November 22.

Confirmed cases 5 and 6: Chinese nationals who arrived at Beijing Capital Airport from Germany on November 20 and were sent to the centralized isolation hotel under closed-loop management and diagnosed as confirmed cases on November 22.

Confirmed cases 7 and 8: Bahraini nationals who arrived at Beijing Capital Airport from Indonesia on November 14 and were sent to the centralized isolation hotel under closed-loop management.

All of the above cases have been transferred to designated hospitals, epidemiological investigations have been conducted and control measures have been implemented as required.
