September 15, 0-24 hours, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 161 new cases of confirmed cases. Among them, 59 cases were imported from abroad (12 cases from Shanghai, 12 cases from Fujian, 10 cases from Heilongjiang, 10 cases from Guangdong, 3 cases from Beijing, 3 cases from Sichuan, 3 cases from Xinjiang, 2 cases from Tianjin, 1 case from Inner Mongolia, 1 case from Liaoning, 1 case from Shandong, 1 case from Yunnan), including 3 cases from asymptomatic infected persons to confirmed cases (1 case from Tianjin, 1 case from Guangdong, 1 case from Sichuan); 102 local cases (43 cases from Sichuan, 10 cases from Guizhou 10 cases, Tibet 10 cases, Tianjin 9 cases, Guangdong 5 cases, Guangxi 4 cases, Shaanxi 4 cases, Inner Mongolia 3 cases, Fujian 3 cases, Chongqing 3 cases, Beijing 2 cases, Hunan 2 cases, Jiangxi 1 case, Shandong 1 case, Yunnan 1 case, Xinjiang 1 case), including 20 cases from asymptomatic infected people to confirmed cases (Sichuan 18 cases, Shaanxi 1 case, Xinjiang 1 case). No new fatal cases. No new suspected cases.

799 new cases were cured and discharged on the same day, including 44 imported cases from abroad and 755 local cases (340 cases in Hainan, 219 cases in Sichuan, 84 cases in Tibet, 49 cases in Guangdong, 11 cases in Liaoning, 10 cases in Inner Mongolia, 5 cases in Shandong, 5 cases in Qinghai, 4 cases in Shaanxi, 4 cases in Xinjiang, 3 cases in Beijing, 3 cases in Zhejiang, 3 cases in Hunan, 2 cases in Tianjin, 2 cases in Hebei, 2 cases in Jilin, 2 cases in Heilongjiang (2 cases in Henan, 2 cases in Guizhou, 1 case in Shanxi, 1 case in Guangxi, 1 case in Yunnan), 31362 close contacts released from medical observation, and 1 more serious case than the previous day.

There are 565 confirmed cases of overseas import (no serious cases) and no existing suspected cases. The total number of confirmed cases is 23,269, the total number of cured and discharged cases is 22,704, and there is no death.

As of 24:00 on September 15, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 4246 confirmed cases (including 35 severe cases), 238,413 cumulative cured and discharged cases, 5226 cumulative deaths, 247,885 cumulative reported confirmed cases, and no existing suspected cases. A total of 5,787,574 close contacts have been traced, and 2,188,878 close contacts are still under medical observation.

31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 825 new cases of asymptomatic infections, including 79 cases imported from abroad and 746 local cases (260 cases in Guizhou, 132 cases in Sichuan, 108 cases in Tibet, 51 cases in Guangxi, 38 cases in Jiangxi, 30 cases in Hubei, 27 cases in Tianjin, 23 cases in Gansu, 23 cases in Xinjiang, 20 cases in Shandong, 8 cases in Heilongjiang, 5 cases in Hebei (4 cases in Inner Mongolia, 4 cases in Yunnan, 3 cases in Shanghai, 2 cases in Henan, 1 case in Liaoning, 1 case in Jiangsu, 1 case in Anhui, 1 case in Guangdong, 1 case in Hainan, 1 case in Chongqing, 1 case in Shaanxi, and 1 case in Qinghai).

2262 cases of asymptomatic infected persons were released from medical observation on the same day, of which 59 cases were imported from abroad and 2203 cases were local (916 cases in Tibet, 517 cases in Hainan, 168 cases in Heilongjiang, 103 cases in Sichuan, 69 cases in Liaoning, 64 cases in Qinghai, 49 cases in Gansu, 47 cases in Guizhou, 41 cases in Henan, 38 cases in Shandong, 37 cases in Xinjiang, 26 cases in Hubei, 23 cases in Guangdong, 21 cases in Guangxi, 16 cases in Tianjin (16 cases, 12 cases in Inner Mongolia, 12 cases in Jiangxi, 12 cases in Shaanxi, 11 cases in Jilin, 9 cases in Hebei, 3 cases in Jiangsu, 3 cases in Anhui, 1 case in Beijing, 1 case in Shanxi, 1 case in Shanghai, 1 case in Zhejiang, 1 case in Fujian, 1 case in Chongqing); 23 cases were turned into confirmed cases on the same day (3 cases imported from abroad); 19,449 cases of asymptomatic infected persons are still under medical observation (720 cases imported from abroad).

Cumulatively, 6254594 cases of confirmed cases were received from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Among them, 404,053 cases in Hong Kong SAR (79,828 discharges, 9,836 deaths), 793 cases in Macao SAR (787 discharges, 6 deaths), and 58,497,748 cases in Taiwan (13,742 discharges, 10,423 deaths).
