Jiangsu added local 12+237 in Nanjing and Suzhou

From 0 to 24 hours on December 9, there were 12 new local confirmed cases in Jiangsu (5 cases in Nanjing, 4 cases in Suzhou, 1 case in Nantong, 1 case in Huai’an and 1 case in Suqian), all of which were treated in isolation in designated hospitals. There were 237 new cases of local asymptomatic infections (52 cases in Nanjing, 10 cases in Wuxi, 5 cases in Xuzhou, 5 cases in Changzhou, 37 cases in Suzhou, 1 case in Nantong, 4 cases in Huai’an, 50 cases in Yancheng, 34 cases in Yangzhou, 26 cases in Zhenjiang, 3 cases in Taizhou, 10 cases in Suqian), all of which were under quarantine medical management in designated hospitals.
There were 2 new cases of asymptomatic infections imported from abroad. There were 59 new cases discharged from hospitals (55 local cases and 4 imported cases), and 654 asymptomatic infected persons were released from medical isolation (643 local cases and 11 imported cases).
Details of the new confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons are released by the relevant district cities.
At present, there are 280 confirmed cases (273 local cases and 7 imported cases) and 3,596 asymptomatic cases (3,565 local cases and 31 imported cases) under quarantine medical management in designated hospitals.
