Among them, 3 cases of imported cases (Sichuan 2 cases, Shanghai 1 case); 10,681 local cases (Guangdong 3508 cases, Guangxi 1829 cases, Fujian 1234 cases, Beijing 908 cases, Zhejiang 401 cases, Hunan 383 cases, Chongqing 274 cases, Hubei 229 cases, Shanxi 215 cases, Yunnan 201 cases, Ningxia 180 cases, Jiangxi 177 cases, Sichuan 168 cases, Tianjin (145 cases, Guizhou 136 cases, Heilongjiang 128 cases, Shaanxi 120 cases, Henan 80 cases, Shandong 78 cases, Tibet 43 cases, Xinjiang 37 cases, Hebei 36 cases, Gansu 36 cases, Jilin 29 cases, Jiangsu 29 cases, Liaoning 25 cases, Inner Mongolia 20 cases, the Corps 19 cases, Shanghai 12 cases, Hainan 1 case). 2849 new cases were cured and discharged, including 3 imported cases and 2846 local cases (1592 cases in Guangdong, 153 cases in Fujian, 136 cases in Beijing, 126 cases in Shanxi, 116 cases in Hunan, 111 cases in Sichuan, 104 cases in Jiangxi, 104 cases in Hainan, 72 cases in Chongqing, 65 cases in Xinjiang, 49 cases in Yunnan, 41 cases in Tianjin, 39 cases in Shaanxi, 20 cases in Heilongjiang (Shanghai 18 cases, Henan 13 cases, Guangxi 13 cases, Shandong 11 cases, Ningxia 10 cases, Zhejiang 9 cases, Hubei 9 cases, Jiangsu 8 cases, Tibet 8 cases, Hebei 4 cases, Jilin 4 cases, Qinghai 4 cases, Inner Mongolia 3 cases, Liaoning 3 cases, Anhui 1 case), the number of serious cases increased by 854 cases compared with the previous day.

There are 342 confirmed cases imported from abroad (no serious cases) and no existing suspected cases. The total number of confirmed cases is 29,303, the total number of cured and discharged cases is 28,961, and there are no fatal cases.

As of 24:00 on January 6, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 99946 confirmed cases (including 5870 serious cases), 376105 cumulative cured and discharged cases, 5267 cumulative fatal cases, 482,057 cumulative reported confirmed cases, and 128 existing suspected cases.
