According to the website of the Hubei Health Commission, from 0-24 hours on November 24, 12 new local confirmed cases were reported in Hubei province (Wuhan City, all light, of which 3 cases were detected at isolation sites and 2 cases were detected by screening of key populations), 559 new local asymptomatic infections (290 cases in Wuhan City, of which 33 cases were detected at isolation sites, 48 cases were detected at home isolation and 51 cases were detected by screening of key populations). The cases are from foreign provinces; 7 cases in Qianjiang City, of which 6 cases were detected at isolation points and 1 case was from foreign provinces; 6 cases in Xiaogan City, of which 1 case was detected by screening of key populations and 5 cases were from foreign provinces; 3 cases in Suizhou City and 2 cases in Enshizhou City, both from foreign provinces; 2 cases in Shiyan City, of which 1 case was from foreign provinces), 0 new confirmed cases imported from abroad, 0 new asymptomatic cases imported from abroad, and 0 new suspected cases imported from abroad. 0 cases of infected persons, 0 new suspected cases, 0 new fatal cases, 2 cases discharged on the same day (all confirmed cases in Wuhan), 53 cases of asymptomatic infected persons released from medical observation on the same day (11 cases in Wuhan, 10 cases in Suizhou, 9 cases in Tianmen, 7 cases in Huanggang, 5 cases in Huangshi, 5 cases in Yichang, 3 cases in Xianning; 3 cases imported from abroad).

As of 24:00 on November 24, there were 74 confirmed local cases treated in designated medical institutions (71 cases in Wuhan, of which 70 were light and 1 was common; 1 case in Xiangyang, 1 case in Enshi and 1 case in Shennongjia forest area, all were light) and 0 suspected cases. There are still 3225 cases of local asymptomatic infected persons under centralized isolation for medical observation (1659 cases in Wuhan, 331 cases in Xiangyang, 194 cases in Huanggang, 192 cases in Huangshi, 167 cases in Jingzhou, 137 cases in Xianning, 109 cases in Ezhou, 108 cases in Jingmen, 55 cases in Enshi, 52 cases in Yichang, 50 cases in Xiaogan, 41 cases in Tianmen, 39 cases in Suizhou, 34 cases in Xiantao, 30 cases in Qianjiang and 1 case in Xiangyang. There were 4 confirmed cases of overseas imported cases treated in designated medical institutions, 3 of which were light and 1 was common; 17 cases of overseas imported asymptomatic infected persons were still under centralized isolation for medical observation.

The province’s total number of cured cases discharged from hospital is 63,933, the total number of deaths is 4,512, and the total number of confirmed cases of new crown pneumonia is 68,523. There are 70,878 close contacts who are still under intensive isolation for medical observation.
