Update on the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak in Sichuan Province

October 19, 0-24 hours, the latest situation of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic in the province is as follows.

3 new cases of infected persons returned to Sichuan from outside the province, including 1 case of closed-loop transit (for asymptomatic infected persons) and 2 cases of non-closed-loop management (both for asymptomatic infected persons, 1 case in Guangyuan and 1 case in Suining).

There were 39 new cases of infected persons in the province, including 4 confirmed cases (in Guangyuan) and 35 asymptomatic cases (16 cases in Nanchong, 12 cases in Guangyuan, 4 cases in Luzhou, 2 cases in Chengdu, and 1 case in Leshan).

There were 13 new cases of imported infections (all in Chengdu), including 6 confirmed cases and 7 asymptomatic cases.

There was also one case of asymptomatic infected person who became a confirmed case, which was imported from abroad (in Chengdu).

There were 37 new cured cases, no new suspected cases and no new fatal cases.

First, high- and medium-risk areas to (return to) the south of the people need to 7 days of centralized isolation, at their own expense.

Second, within the last 7 days, there are Tibet Autonomous Region, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Qinghai Province, Gansu Province, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Yunnan Province, Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, the history of travel to (return) South personnel, since the date of arrival in South, the implementation of 7 days of centralized isolation.

Third, there are Shaoyang City, Hunan Province, Guangyuan City, Lizhou District, travel history, in addition to high and medium risk areas other than the arrival (return) of southern personnel, need to hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours, from the date of arrival, the implementation of 5 days home isolation, 5 days 5 tests.

Fourth, there is a history of travel to other counties (cities, districts) in the city of Yingshan County, three districts under the jurisdiction of the city’s history of travel to other counties (cities), need to hold a 24-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate, from the date of arrival, the implementation of the 5-day home quarantine, 5 days 5 tests.

Citizens in Shunqing, Gaoping and Jialing districts should not move across districts unless it is necessary, and those who commute to work across districts should pass with the certificate of the unit and the 24-hour negative nucleic acid certificate. Citizens who are not necessary do not leave Nanchong, and those who do need to leave Nanchong should hold a 24-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate, and strictly limit their travel to high- and medium-risk areas and border crossing cities.
