There were 287 new cured cases discharged on that day, including 55 imported cases and 232 local cases (37 cases in Guangdong, 36 cases in Inner Mongolia, 31 cases in Xinjiang, 26 cases in Heilongjiang, 18 cases in Sichuan, 15 cases in Chongqing, 10 cases in Beijing, 10 cases in Shanxi, 9 cases in Yunnan, 6 cases in Liaoning, 6 cases in Zhejiang, 5 cases in Shaanxi, 4 cases in Jiangsu, 4 cases in Fujian, 3 cases in Shandong, 3 cases in Hunan, 3 cases in Guizhou (2 cases in Henan, 2 cases in Guangxi, 1 case in Tianjin, 1 case in Ningxia), 57929 close contacts released from medical observation, and 1 more serious case than the previous day.

There are 578 confirmed cases of overseas import (no serious cases) and no existing suspected cases. The total number of confirmed cases is 25511, the total number of cured cases is 24933, and there are no fatal cases.

As of 24:00 on October 25, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 3,705 confirmed cases (including 19 severe cases), 249,236 cumulative cured and discharged cases, 5,226 cumulative fatal cases, 258,167 cumulative reported confirmed cases, and no existing suspected cases. The total number of confirmed cases received from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan is 7947004 cases. Among them, Hong Kong SAR 430581 cases (90145 cases discharged, 10343 cases died), Macao SAR 793 cases (787 cases discharged, 6 cases died), Taiwan 7515630 cases (13742 cases discharged, 12427 cases died).
