There are 534 confirmed cases of overseas import (no serious cases) and no existing suspected cases. There are 26,450 confirmed cases, 25,916 cured and discharged cases, and no fatal cases.

As of 24:00 on November 13, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 13,389 confirmed cases (including 22 severe cases), 255,147 cumulative cured and discharged cases, 5,226 cumulative fatal cases, 273,762 cumulative reported confirmed cases, and no existing suspected cases. A total of 9099364 close contacts have been traced, and 893,326 close contacts are still under medical observation.

On the same day, 1472 cases of asymptomatic infected persons were released from medical observation, of which 127 cases were imported from abroad and 1345 cases were local (237 cases in Xinjiang, 175 cases in Guangdong, 148 cases in Inner Mongolia, 118 cases in Henan, 109 cases in Hubei, 84 cases in Hunan, 71 cases in Shandong, 63 cases in Shanxi, 49 cases in Fujian, 40 cases in Yunnan, 36 cases in Qinghai, 33 cases in Heilongjiang, 33 cases in Sichuan, 31 cases in Shaanxi (29 cases in Tianjin, 17 cases in Jiangsu, 14 cases in Liaoning, 14 cases in Chongqing, 12 cases in Zhejiang, 8 cases in Guangxi, 7 cases in Shanghai, 4 cases in Hebei, 3 cases in Tibet, 2 cases in Beijing, 2 cases in Jilin, 2 cases in Anhui, 2 cases in Gansu, 2 cases in Ningxia); 549 cases were turned into confirmed cases on the same day (2 cases imported from abroad); 92,639 cases of asymptomatic infected persons are still under medical observation (1,036 cases imported from abroad).

A total of 8478548 cases of confirmed cases were received from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Among them, 443458 cases in Hong Kong SAR (94427 discharges, 10526 deaths), 795 cases in Macau SAR (789 discharges, 6 deaths), and 8034295 cases in Taiwan (13742 discharges, 13562 deaths).
