4 new confirmed cases and 180 asymptomatic infections in Hebei on Dec. 5

The Hebei Health Care Commission informed that on December 5, 2022 from 0-24 hours, there were 4 new confirmed cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia in Hebei Province (Xingtai City); 180 new asymptomatic infections, including 149 cases in Shijiazhuang City, 12 cases in Qinhuangdao City, 5 cases in Langfang City, 2 cases in Chengde City, 2 cases in Zhangjiakou City, 2 cases in Hengshui City, 2 cases in Xingtai City, 2 cases in Handan City, 1 case in Cangzhou City, 1 case in Xiongan New Area, 1 case in Dingzhou City, and 1 case in Xinji City. There were 26 cured cases and 385 cases of asymptomatic infected persons were discharged from medical observation.
As of 24:00 on December 5, there were 170 confirmed cases in Hebei Province; 2,813 cases of asymptomatic infections were still under medical observation (including 1 case imported from abroad).
