9 new native asymptomatic cases in Sichuan Suining from 0:00 to 24:00 on September 29

On September 30, Suining City, Sichuan Province held a press conference on the prevention and control of the epidemic. The press conference was informed that from 0:00 to 24:00 on September 29, there were no new local confirmed cases and 9 new local asymptomatic infections in Suining, all of which were found within the control area.

Jiang Yuxin, secretary-general of Suining Municipal People’s Government, said that since September 20, the city has alternately implemented nine rounds of “full screening + large screening + re-screening” nucleic acid screening (including the implementation of full screening five rounds), with a total of 32,000 sampling personnel, sampling and testing 12,476,900 people, with an average coverage rate of 98.5% of the testing population.

As of 8:00 on September 30, the city has designated 58 high-risk areas (about 24,800 households and 55,900 people) and 52 medium-risk areas (111,900 households and 274,800 people), and implemented “one special team for one area” management service. The original 21 high-risk areas have been adjusted to medium-risk areas, 20 medium-risk areas adjusted to low-risk areas.

In order to further protect the residents of high-risk areas during the National Day demand for living materials, Suining will continue to do a good job of the city’s market operation of essential goods dynamic tracking and monitoring, to carry out special inspections to ensure supply and price stability.

“High-risk areas by the property, community workers or volunteers distribution to the residents door; medium-risk areas can stagger their own to the receiving point to pick up goods. At the same time, continue to do a good job of serving people with special difficulties, by the community to establish a ledger, the implementation of special people responsible for providing medical care, material pickup and other services.” Suining Development and Reform Commission deputy director Zhao Wenlin said, will provide online and offline “personalized + package” service, by the residents online order or by staff statistics needs, supermarkets will be distributed to the district supplies receiving point.

At present, Suining has more than 150,000 tons of local grain reserves, more than 7,500 tons of finished grain reserves, which can be consumed by the city’s people for more than 4 months; more than 5,000 tons of edible oil reserves, which can be consumed for more than 2 months. 36 enterprises have more than 6,200 tons of rice, 1,500 tons of flour, 400 tons of edible oil, 6,300 tons of meat, 1,100 tons of vegetables and 500 tons of convenience food in stock. Compared with the current round of the epidemic before the occurrence of little change, the supply and marketing channels are smooth and rapid replenishment.
