According to the Xinxiang Daily News, Henan Xinxiang issued Circular No. 35, in order to complete the nucleic acid testing of high quality and reduce the risk of transmission of the epidemic, the relevant requirements are announced as follows.

I. Nucleic acid testing time

September 20, 2022 from 6:00 pm to September 23, 2022 24:00 pm.

Weibin District, Hongqi District, Makino District, Fengquan District, High-tech District, Economic Development Zone.

Three, nucleic acid testing during the requirements

(A) the units in principle home office, suspend the aggregation of activities, including productive enterprises to implement closed-loop management. Schools, museums, libraries, fitness venues, training institutions and other relevant public places to suspend activities (universities and boarding schools to implement closed-loop management).

(b) Residents must strictly follow the work arrangements for epidemic prevention and control and take the initiative to participate in nucleic acid testing at designated locations. Those who refuse to cooperate in nucleic acid testing without valid reasons will be held legally responsible according to law.

(c) During the nucleic acid testing period, please consciously abide by the epidemic prevention regulations, do not go out and do not gather unless necessary, and go out with a 24-hour negative nucleic acid result certificate, and one member of a family may go out to buy household goods.

(d) Vehicles in the nucleic acid testing area for non-emergency, medical treatment, material transportation, and epidemic prevention will be restricted.

(E) In addition to emergency, communication, rescue, sanitation, power supply, water supply, gas supply, epidemic prevention, medical treatment and other special personnel, other personnel must hold a unit or community certificate to go out.

(F) shopping malls, supermarkets, farmers’ markets and other places supplying basic living materials reasonably control the number of shoppers and strictly implement preventive and control measures such as temperature measurement, code scanning, wearing masks, checking nuclear acid, trip cards, etc.

(H) Each district and unit should regularly disinfect key areas such as elevators (hallways) and key parts frequently touched by personnel such as elevator keys, stair handrails, and unit door handles.
