Comprehensive news: China’s National Health Commission informed on the 20th that 152 new confirmed cases of new crown pneumonia were reported in mainland China on the 19th, including 48 cases imported from abroad and 104 cases locally. Guizhou Province added 41 new cases of locally confirmed and asymptomatic infections on the 19th, respectively from Guiyang City (17+111) and Bijie City (24+97). The situation of the epidemic in Neijiang, Sichuan Province is improving, and the epidemic in Sanya and Wanning, Hainan Province is under control.

Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, had no new local confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons on the 19th, with zero new local cases for two consecutive days. In Neijiang City, there were 15 new confirmed cases and 18 asymptomatic cases, and the daily increase of local infections dropped to below 40 cases for two consecutive days.

Since September 9, Neijiang City has completed several rounds of full nucleic acid testing in the main urban area, the proportion of non-controlled cases found has been decreasing continuously, with zero new cases in the last two days and a significant decrease in the number of daily infections, the epidemic situation has improved significantly. However, cases are still occurring in high-risk areas, and the risk of community transmission still exists.

In Hainan Province, 5 new cases of indigenous infections were reported on the 19th, including 3 cases in Wanning City and 2 cases in Sanya City. 20,743 cases of indigenous infections have been reported in Hainan Province since August 1, including 15,651 cases in Sanya City.

According to the report, Sanya City added 2 cases of asymptomatic infected persons, for the 15th notification of infected persons of close contact; 16 to 19, Wanning City reported a total of 26 cases of local infected persons (including 1 case of Haikou through close contact co-investigation of infected persons), of which 3 new cases on the 19th were found in the centralized isolation site, the duration and spread of the epidemic is limited, the risk of transmission can be controlled.

On the 19th, Tibet added 16 new cases of local confirmation and 160 cases of asymptomatic infections. By 14:00 on the 20th, Tibet had 51 more cases of local asymptomatic infections.
