At present, the epidemic prevention and control situation is still serious and complex. In order to effectively do a good job of “external prevention of importation and internal prevention of rebound” and better protect the lives and health of the general public, the following is the notice of relevant matters.

First, advocate the recent non-essential not to leave the green. Avoid or reduce cross-city travel as much as possible, and do not leave the city unless it is necessary; if you do need to leave the city, you should pay close attention to the epidemic situation at the destination and via the place, and not go to the high-risk area and the county (city, district) where it is located, and do your personal protection during the trip.

Second, those who enter and return to Qingqing from outside the province (including those who come to Qingqing via other cities in transit), and those who enter and return to Qingqing from cities in the province where the local epidemic occurs within 7 days, must take the initiative to report to the destination community (village), unit, hotel, etc. 3 days in advance. Those who deliberately conceal, misrepresent or do not report their trip and health status in time, and violate the provisions of epidemic prevention and control, will be held responsible according to the law.

Third, people returning to Qinghai from outside the province (including those who come to Qinghai via other cities in the province) must implement “landing inspection”, hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and conduct a nucleic acid test on the first day, the third day and the fifth day after arriving in Qinghai, and do not attend dinner parties, go to crowded places, or take public transportation within 3 days (advocate within 7 days) after arriving in Qinghai. Do not take public transportation. If you have fever, cough or weakness during your stay, go to the nearest fever clinic immediately and do not take public transportation.

Fourth, within 7 days of the history of high-risk areas of residence, to take 7 days of centralized isolation medical observation; within 7 days of the history of medium-risk areas of residence, to take 7 days of home isolation medical observation, such as home isolation medical observation conditions do not have, to take centralized isolation medical observation. People who have not yet announced the medium and high risk areas but have gathered in the epidemic or have the risk of community transmission will be controlled with reference to the medium risk areas upon arrival.

V. All personnel entering and returning to the Qingqing area should pay close attention to the information on the flow transfer trajectory of cases and asymptomatic infected persons and the information on medium and high risk areas announced by the region where the epidemic occurred. Those who are at risk of the epidemic should immediately report to the community (village), unit, or hotel where they are staying.

People entering and returning to Qingdao should search for “Qingdao One Code” through WeChat or Alipay and complete registration in advance, and do their personal protection.

Seven, all public services and business services to the community, places with a large number of people, as well as buses, cabs, online cars, subways, shuttle buses and other public transport, shall strictly implement the “place code” code check, to do business must be posted, all into the must sweep, every entry must be checked, not missing a person. The general public should take the initiative to cooperate with the code check, the unit that does not fulfill the responsibility of inspection and refuses to cooperate with the inspection work of individuals, will be held responsible according to law.

Eight, reduce the gathering of people. “Happy events slow, simple funerals, banquets not to do”, and advocate private family dinner parties of no more than 10 people. Undertake 5 tables and more banquets and other gathering activities of catering units, shall strictly implement the dining staff to check the code, temperature measurement, wear a mask and other measures. Self-organized banquets and other gatherings of 5 tables and above, must be reported to the local community (village).
