I. Since September 15, 2022 at 12:00, lift the temporary static management of the whole area, and gradually restore the normal production and life order in an orderly manner.

Second, open supermarkets, shopping malls, barber stores, restaurants (not open dine-in) and other places of business, open outdoor public places, allowed to express, take-away operations, restore the normal passage of buses, trams, private cars, cabs, net cars, etc. in the area.

Fourth, temporarily closed cinemas, bars, KTV, Internet cafes, chess and card rooms and other indoor enclosed business premises, temporarily closed farmers’ markets, temporarily closed fisheries production. The city shall not hold offline large-scale meetings, training, performances, exhibitions and sales, square dance and other aggregated activities.
