According to the current needs of the epidemic prevention and control work in our region, in accordance with the State Council to respond to the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic joint prevention and control mechanism integrated group “new coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control program (ninth edition)” related provisions, by the expert group research and evaluation, Luohu District in Huangbei street delineated the relevant risk areas and take preventive and control measures are as follows.
First, the Huangbei Street Reservoir Community Ning Shui Garden, Building 19, Unit 3 is divided into high-risk areas.
The high-risk area is closed and control measures are implemented, during which “door-to-door service without leaving home”. No new infections in the area for 7 consecutive days, and all people in the risk area on the seventh day to complete a round of nucleic acid screening are negative, can be reduced to medium risk area; no new infections for 3 consecutive days can be reduced to low risk area.
Second, Huangbei street reservoir community Ning Shui Garden 13, 14, 16, 17, 19 enclosed area (in addition to the high-risk area) is divided into medium-risk area.
The above regional control measures are organized and implemented by the street community. No new infections in the region for seven consecutive days, and all persons in the risk area on the seventh day to complete a round of nucleic acid screening are negative, can be reduced to a low-risk area.
Third, the reservoir community of Huangbei Street Ning Shui Garden and East Shenzhen compound enclosed area (in addition to the medium and high risk areas) to implement temporary control.

Fourth, the streets of Huangbei (in addition to the high-risk areas, temporary control areas) is divided into low-risk areas.
Low-risk areas to strengthen personal protection, avoid gathering. After all medium and high risk areas are lifted, Huangbei Street will implement permanent prevention and control measures.
The above measures will be implemented from 12:00 on October 23, 2022, and will be subsequently adjusted according to changes in the epidemic prevention and control situation.
