At present, the flow of investigation, control and other work is in order. In order to comprehensively investigate potential hidden dangers and minimize the risk of epidemic transmission, the city’s new crown pneumonia epidemic prevention and control work command has decided to conduct three rounds of regional nucleic acid testing within the downtown area, and now the relevant matters are notified as follows.

I. Nucleic acid testing time

1 round of regional nucleic acid testing will be conducted daily from 8:00 p.m. on November 8, 2022 and from 6:00 p.m. daily from 9 to 10, 2022.

Second, the scope of nucleic acid testing personnel

The city’s central urban area (the entire area of Hongshan District, Songshan District urban area, Karachin Banner and the United States Industrial Park) all personnel, including foreign and mobile personnel.

(C) the test area to protect the public’s livelihood and the basic operation of the city’s water, electricity, fuel, gas, communications, sanitation, logistics, express delivery, food, oil, meat and vegetable supply, farmers’ markets, pharmacies, medical institutions and industrial, construction and other enterprises can operate normally (production), the restaurant units to cancel the dine-in (can provide pack-and-go, take-out services), large supermarkets only to carry out online sales, small convenience guarantee supermarkets KTV, cinemas, gyms, indoor swimming pools, bars, bathing centers, chess and poker rooms and other business premises and stores are suspended. To ensure the livelihood of the public and the basic operation of the city and the epidemic prevention and control staff can travel with electronic passes, such as the expiration date can be re-applied, cross-regional mobility personnel need to hold “cross-area pass”.

(E) all kinds of pharmacies and clinics to suspend the sale of antipyretic, cough, antiviral, antibiotic “four types” of drugs, and in a prominent position to post notices to guide the “four types” of drugs to purchase the needs of people to the fever clinic. If you have fever, dry cough, weakness, sore throat, loss of smell (taste), diarrhea and other symptoms, please do not self-medication, must wear a disposable medical surgical mask throughout the first time to the fever clinic.

(F) suspend the holding of exhibitions, banquets, celebrations, job fairs and other aggregated activities.

(vii) Primary and secondary schools, kindergartens to carry out online teaching, universities and secondary vocational institutions to implement closed management. Off-campus training institutions to stop offline teaching.

(H) In principle, personnel of organs, enterprises and institutions work at home. All party members and public officials (except those who undertake the task of epidemic prevention in the command) should take the initiative to report to the community where they live to turn into community volunteers, obey the unified arrangement and participate in the epidemic prevention and control work.

(ix) The general public is requested to pay close attention to the authoritative information released by the official media, and if there is temporal and spatial intersection with the announced travel trajectory of confirmed cases, they must take the first initiative to report to their communities, work units or hotels where they are staying, and cooperate with the implementation of health monitoring, nucleic acid testing, isolated medical observation, personal protection and other preventive and control measures.
