Recently, in response to the recent tight supply of antigen kits and masks, Maoming Petrochemical actively acted and reacted quickly to switch to the production of meltblown material and antigen kits in time, and did its best to keep the supply of raw materials for epidemic prevention materials.

On December 13, Maoming Petrochemical quickly responded to the change of market demand, adjusted the production plan, optimized the load of the plant, strengthened quality control, and increased the production of meltblown material 1500N and polypropylene mask non-woven fiber material, which are in shortage in the market for KN95 and N95 masks. Since the production line of meltblown material was stopped for one year and now it needs to be restarted, Maoming Petrochemical overcame the difficulties of personnel training and dosing, and adjusted the production plan quickly to finish the switch of No.2 polypropylene grade in the shortest time to produce masterbatch of medical material. On December 20, meltblown material plant line 4 was successfully driven and produced qualified products, and the production line has been in full production for days to ease the shortage of raw materials in the market.

In addition, in order to produce PE M1850A for antigen reagent kit, Maoming Petrochemical has created stable conditions for the successful conversion of the product by precisely controlling the relevant parameters of the equipment for the production of this material and carefully taking special care of the core equipment; and taking several optimization measures to extend the production cycle to achieve the production of PE M1850A in excess of the planned quantity. At present, PE M1850A produced by Maoming Petrochemical for antigen kits has been exported more than 1000 tons to downstream pharmaceutical companies to help the production of epidemic prevention materials.

The relevant person in charge of Maoming Petrochemical said, in the face of the epidemic prevention materials to ensure the supply of raw materials, cadres and workers work together to overcome the impact of the epidemic, loading, quality inspection and other related positions to efficiently cooperate with the interface, optimize the supervision of the operation process, smooth the pick-up process, and do their best to manage the entry and exit of the products, to promote the smooth delivery of the products to the downstream medical supplies manufacturers to ensure the supply of raw materials.
