Good day! The listening test of foreign languages in the Summer College Entrance Examination of 2023 will be held on the morning of January 8, 2023 as scheduled. In order to ensure your safe and successful completion of the examination, we would like to remind you of the following matters.

I. Complete the exam preparation for epidemic prevention

Candidates are requested to apply for the Shandong Province Electronic Health Pass Code in advance, and candidates are required to take a nucleic acid test on January 5-6. In order to ensure that the results of the nucleic acid test are available in a timely manner and to avoid the results of the nucleic acid test from affecting the information filling, candidates should, in principle, have the nucleic acid test on January 5. B. Prepare yourself physically and psychologically

The current epidemic situation is complex and volatile. Candidates are requested not to go out or gather before the examination unless it is necessary, and to be the first person responsible for their own health and safety. If a candidate is infected with the New Coronavirus, there is no need to be overly nervous, as long as he or she fills in his or her personal information as required, he or she will be able to take the exam in a dedicated examination room. The broadcasting equipment in the examination rooms of all examination centers will be tested in multiple rounds of debugging before the examination to ensure that the volume is appropriate and effective, and that the general sound of coughing will not affect the listening effect in the examination room. Once a candidate with a severe and violent cough is found, the test center will set up a separate test room for him/her to ensure that the exam is conducted normally. For candidates who still have coughing symptoms, doctors recommend paying attention to a light daily diet, consuming adequate and comprehensive nutrition, eating more fresh vegetables and fruits, avoiding spicy and stimulating foods, minimizing direct contact and breathing cold air, paying attention to rest, not strenuous activities and avoiding overexertion. Candidates with obvious cough symptoms should seek medical attention and follow medical advice for professional treatment, and may take cough suppressants before the examination. Please actively regulate your physical state and meet the examination with a good and calm mind.

Print the examination card in time

In order to facilitate candidates to plan transportation and travel routes in advance, candidates can visit the registration website (https://wsbm.sdzk.cn) after 14:00 on January 4 to inquire about the test site and address of their test site (no specific test site has been arranged yet due to the absence of nucleic acid test results). The examination room will be arranged according to the health information provided by the candidates. From January 7 at 9:00 to January 8 at 10:00, candidates will be able to print out their test cards by visiting the registration website. Candidates’ personal information will affect their enrollment in the university, so please make sure to check their personal information carefully after printing the pass, focusing on whether there are any misspellings in their names that are similar in sound and shape, and making sure that “every word is correct”. At the same time, you should read the content of the pass carefully, understand the examination room, seat number and other information, and take the examination according to the regulations.

Remember the test time

Foreign language listening test 15 minutes before the start of the test, that is, the first listening test 8:45 after the late candidates are not allowed to enter the examination room, the second listening test 9:40 after the late candidates are not allowed to enter the examination room. If a candidate is late for the first listening test, he/she can only enter the second listening test after the first listening test until 9:40 after the security check. Please be sure to remember the test time and leave as early as possible to allow enough time for temperature testing, identity verification and security check.

V. Bring the examination items as required

Candidates are requested to prepare in advance the necessary stationery and protective items for the examination, and must bring their own permit card and valid resident ID card, not cell phones, watches, electronic devices, school bags, materials and other items into the closed area of the examination center. Proof of nucleic acid test results need not be brought to submit. Since cell phones are prohibited, the electronic ID card is not used as a valid document for exam entry. Candidates should place their personal belongings in advance to avoid losing them. Each test center will conduct two manual security checks and one intelligent security gate security check with face recognition inspection at the entrance of the closed area and the entrance of the test center. The intelligent security system will detect cell phones, cameras and other metal electronic devices. Please try not to carry keys, magnetic cards, lighters and metal bracelets, rings, necklaces and other items, and try not to wear clothes, shoes, hats and hairpieces with metal ornaments to avoid repeated security checks, which will affect the normal entrance to the examination.

Sixth, integrity and civilized examination
